STUDENTLIFE.COM 2014 REDESIGN

The redesign of StudentLife.com was a major rebuild with every aspect being completely rethought. From the navigation to page structure, everything was meticulously evaluated and rebuilt with user experience in mind. The homepage was designed to be content driven with regularly updateing articles at the top to increase visit frequency. The "card" structure extended across the entire site as a way to organize content and direct focus.

Previously, trying to find a specific camp was basically reading it from a list. We developed this filter system to make it easier to find a camp based on user preference. The card structure organized the results and a sliding drawer revealed more details on hover (or first click on mobile). The event page was developed as a one-stop-shop of information for a particular event details.

The PrepCenter is a portion of the site for providing downloadable content and forms to registered users. Large amounts of copy were removed and icons were developed to create a simpler and more visual experience for what was very overwhelming.
